Orders are typically shipped within a max. of 2 business days from the date of purchase.
If your tracking code hasn't updated or you have questions about your order, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to assist you.
If your shipping address is incorrect, please notify us immediately by email or by phone.
If you have a print subscription and need to change your shipping address (e.g., because you moved), you can do so in your customer portal. Visit shop.skeptic.com/account and click on "View and Edit Subscription". Although it is not a strict requirement, we would appreciate if you could also notify us by email or by phone. This will ensure sure your address has been changed correctly.
